ABOUT:

Our name comes from the term congruity, or point of agreement or alignment. Founded in 2002, CONGRUITY's philosophy focuses on improving your organization's alignment with the customers you can do business with most effectively and most profitably.  Our goal is to improve your business by helping you identify, retain and grow the RIGHT customers.   The heart of our process is turning customer information into insights.  These insights are then aligned with strategies and tactics to grow your business by improving customer retention and customer loyalty.
