Answer:

According to the study by Strativity Group 46.1% of executives surveyed believe that they actually do deserve their customer's loyalty.  The study also found that only 55% of the respondents claimed that the company deserves their loyalty as an employee. This is the third year in a row that there has been a decline in employee loyalty to their employers.
